What is Ozel's Return;Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely statisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within a days of purchase.
Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail or can be returned & exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance , Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. OZEL Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
* Please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will recieve an email & whatsapps notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refunds to be credits to your original payment method.
Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indiicate the item number quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in he package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Choosing your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured.

f. Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to precess your returns. You will recieve an email & whatsapps notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
g. If you cannot loocate the return form, please contact us via chat to fill the documents.

- Bring original packing slip or email invice along with merchandise you wish to return to the OZEL Store.
